Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
This policy describes how information submitted through the FlexPro360 website is handled. It applies to website visitors and people who request a product demonstration or contact from our team. It does not replace any separate terms agreed for the FlexPro360 software or customer support services.
Information you provide
A demo or contact request may include your name, restaurant or company name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, role, branch count, implementation timeline, current software, and any operational needs you choose to describe. Work email and the improvement or pain-points field are optional.
Technical information
Our hosting, database, storage and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, request logs and security signals. The website does not currently ask public visitors to create an account.
Website analytics
We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use our website, measure website performance, and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing.
These services may process information such as pages visited, website interactions, referring websites or campaigns, approximate location, timestamps, and browser or device information. They may also use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, or other directly identifying information to our analytics services.
How information is used
We may use submitted information to:
- respond to your inquiry and arrange a relevant FlexPro360 demonstration;
- understand your restaurant setup, timing and product requirements;
- maintain sales and support records and improve our processes; and
- protect the website, investigate errors and prevent misuse.
We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.
Service providers and disclosure
FlexPro360 uses third-party infrastructure providers, including Firebase and related Google services, to host the application and process database, authentication, storage and security operations. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for sales follow-up, support, record keeping, security and applicable legal requirements. Retention can vary according to the relationship and may include a limited period in protected backups before routine deletion or overwrite.
Security
We use administrative and technical controls intended to limit access and protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid placing passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information in the optional message field.
Your requests
You may ask about information you submitted or request a reasonable correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and any applicable retention requirements. Use the website's demo/contact form, enter your normal contact details and write Privacy request in the optional improvement field. Our team will use those details only to identify and respond to the request.

This business website is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the website or our service providers change. The date above identifies the current version. Nothing in this policy limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.
